I've had the matcha honey latte and side let me tell you! The matcha isn't good but their lattes are so good I appreciate how consistent their flavors are. I hate other coffee places because the consistency is flavor isn't there but each time I go to Capitol the coffee always tastes the same

Peppermint Bark Cappuccino
First, as a regular, I'm at the Capitol Cafe nearly every day. This means I've had way too much of the menu, and the helpful staff have even created customized drinks for me. Reviewing just one item was near impossible, so I settled on my latest order: the Peppermint Bark Cappuccino with oatmilk I had yesterday. (And we should always order a winter-themed drink hot.) My review is: 8/10. This drink was extremely tasty, but I'm a coffee fan and prefer drinks that taste more like coffee. This beautiful capp tasted heavily of chocolate and peppermint, which is arguably its entire purpose for existing. Even so, the "Cappuccino" part is dire for an addict like myself. - The peppermint amount was perfect; it didn't taste like toothpaste. - The bark (chocolate) tasted sweet and appealing. I drank the whole thing in less than three hours, so I'd say it's worth the taste-bud exploration.

This was the best Club Wrap I've had in a very long time. All ingredients were fresh and there were plenty of them. No need for Mayo or Mustard, it was great just the way it came! I will definitely order this again.

Coffee was good, I'm glad they have an order ahead option. I also had a bagel & I wish they had house made cream cheese instead of a Philadelphia cup but otherwise no genuine complaints! Would definitely return since it's such a good location next to work.

My go to caffeine drink is always a coldbrew with a dash of cream and cinnamon powder! It's delicious and also keeps me fueled for hours.

Decided to go on in to try them out once I saw there was matcha on the menu...I am embarrassed to say the staff probably recognize my face by now, I'm in there far too much XD. One of the better Matchas I've had and I look forward to it every morning I can go. Their other drinks don't disappoint either and their foods are also quite good. One of the better cafes I've been able to go to in both quality and cost :)
