Bluebonnet Frappe
The Senator Bluebonnet Frappe ----with a swirl of whipped cream and a gentle kiss of lavender, it's like sipping summer in a cup---cool, smooth, and just the right kind of refreshing!!!!
Assorted Cookies
The chocolate chip cookie is my go to pick me up. They are baked perfectly and go great with an Americano or a latte. Highly recommend if you're in the mood for an afternoon sweet treat!
Assorted muffins
I ordered a blueberry muffin and ate the whole thing :) it was tasty. Also I go there just about every day for the Texas Honey Latte. During covid all the coffee shops around here closed so I'm glad to have Capitol Cafe in the neighborhood now!
Chai Tea Latte
This was delicious. I've had a lot of the chai from neighboring cafes (Starbucks, Lucky Lab, etc) and this one is easily my favorite. With some almond milk and some cinnamon sprinkled in? Excellent. Thank you!
Drip Coffee
I loved how friendly the baristas are!
Capitol Cafe Sandwich
The Capitol Cafe's turkey croissant sandwich is a total taste-bud triumph! Light, flaky, and oh-so-satisfying--- filling you up without slowing you down. And the Senator Bluebonnet Frappe ----with a swirl of whipped cream and a gentle kiss of lavender, it's like sipping summer in a cup---cool, smooth, and just the right kind of refreshing!!!!

Good coffee!! Liked the special/seasonal options and variety of flavors :)
Egg and Cheese Sandwich
I liked that its customizable (with bread and cheese), and I really enjoyed the biscuit. Would get again and recommend!

Flavorful coffee. Walked in during a soft launch; staff comped the drink. Will go back. Would recommend.
