About Capitol Cafe
Our concept was created by former State of Texas Representative Dan Huberty. He saw a need for a wonderful spot located close to the Capitol for coffee. He along with investors (see more about our investors here), came together to make this upbeat and sophisticated coffee shop come to life.
Our inspiration comes from the many years Mr. Huberty served in the legislature. You will see the beautifully hand crafted tables and chairs that have the seal of Texas displayed upon them. If you take a look at the ceiling you will find another surprise that coincides with our theme. Everywhere you look there is a piece of what the Capitol has meant to Mr.
